We all know that Napoleon did us a favor with the Louisiana Purchase at 3 cents an acre but we have to believe that if he could have foreseen the mixed breed that is Cajun cooking coming that even he would have thought twice about his most famous garage sale. The delicious combination of all these flavors cooked together makes even vegetarians reconsider their pledge. It’s time that all of our dog friends had a taste of this Cajun Treat. The Merrick’s would like to toast Napoleon, so finish this entrée off with his dessert’s namesake and thank the French for their charity – strike that, thank our forefathers for absolutely owning them!
